Internet Safety Tips

At City National Bank, we make your privacy a priority whether you visit the Bank, contact us via telephone, or use our online banking service. Because telephone, internet, and e-mail scams used to steal people’s identity continue to grow, we want to give you a few tips:

  • We will never call you or send you any e-mails requesting your personal information such as account numbers and passwords.

  • We strongly discourage you from including your personal information in any e-mail communications with us or anyone else.   

  • We encourage you to review your account statements regularly to ensure all activity is correct.

  • We encourage you to request a free copy of their credit report annually (or immediately if you believe you are the victim of fraud) by visiting http://www.annualcreditreport.com.  Obtaining a copy of your report allows you to monitor your credit for unauthorized activity.

  • If you doubt any e-mail or telephone call that appears to originate from the Bank, please contact us immediately at (580) 338-6561.  Do not provide any personal information to anyone before contacting us.
