E. T. Guymon founded the Beaver County Bank on August 30, 1901. The name of the Bank later changed to City National Bank, and it changed again to the City National Bank and Trust Company in 1971 when the Bank added a trust department. In 1995, the Bank began providing investment products through PrimeVest Financial Services, Inc.* The Bank purchased its first branch in 2003.
City National Bank and Trust Company continues to evolve in order to provide superior and convenient services for our customers. We have two ATM locations in Guymon. We introduced telephone banking in the early 1990's and enhanced the system in 2003. In addition, we renovated our drive-in in early 2004. To make banking more convenient for our customers, we added online banking with bill pay and Saturday banking in the fall of 2004. In June 2011, we upgraded our online banking service. Moreover, many of our products allow our customers access to their funds from around the world.

ATM and Debit Card Safety
Keep your personal identification number (PIN) a secret.
Treat your card like cash, and keep it in a safe place.
Never disclose information about your card in response to an unsolicited e-mail or telephone request. The Bank will never ask you for that information.
Be certain you use secure Internet shopping sites.
Protect your card's magnetic strip. Do not expose it to magnetic objects.
Report a lost or stolen card to the Bank immediately at 580-338-6561. After business hours, call 1-800-264-4274.
Walk-up ATM Safety
Whether you want to purchase, to refinance, or to build your dream house, City National Bank and Trust Company will make the financing process easy for you!
Observe your surroundings before approaching a walk-up ATM. If anyone or anything appears to be suspicious, cancel your transaction, and leave the area.
Minimize time spent at the ATM by having your card ready to use. Do not allow anyone to see how much money you withdraw, and never count your money at the ATM.
Never allow a stranger to assist you in conducting an ATM transaction, even if you have trouble or if your card is stuck.
Stand between the ATM and anyone waiting to use the terminal so that others cannot see your PIN or transaction amount.
Look for possible fraudulent devices attached to the ATM. If the ATM looks different or appears to have any alterations or attachments to the card slot or PIN pad, do not use it.
Drive-up ATM Safety

Keep the doors locked, windows up, and engine running while you wait in line.
Leave enough room between cars to allow for a quick exit if it becomes necessary.
Before lowering the window to use a drive-up ATM, observe the entire surrounding area. If anyone or anything appears to be suspicious, cancel your transaction, and drive away.
Minimize time spent at the ATM by having your card ready to use. Once your transaction is complete, take your money, card, and receipt, and drive away from the terminal.
If anyone follows you after you have completed your ATM transaction, go to a crowded, well-lit area, and call the police.

All funds in a "non-interest-bearing transaction account" are insured in full by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation from December 31, 2010, through December 31, 2012. This temporary unlimited coverage is in addition to, and separate from, the coverage of at least $250,000 available to depositors under the FDIC's general deposit insurance rules.
The term "non-interest-bearing transaction account" includes a traditional checking account or demand deposit account on which the insured depository institution pays no interest. It also includes interest on Lawyers Trust Accounts (IOLTA's). It does not include other accounts such as traditional checking or demand deposit accounts that may earn interest, NOW accounts, and money-market accounts.
